So this started out as me trying to to make a different recipe, but it turned out as a pleasant surprise! I love how creamy and cheesy these potatoes are! I bet you will too! Ingredients

Instructions

  • Put your sliced potatoes and diced onion in your 6-quart Instant Pot
  • Put in enough water to cover your potatoes and stir around your potatoes to make sure none are stuck to the bottom.
  • Seal and cook on manual, high pressure for 2 minutes.
  • Natural release for 10 minutes, then quick release.
  • Drain the water off of your potatoes and return them to your Instant Pot
  • Stir in the remaining ingredients until your cheese and butter have fully melted and all is combined well (the potatoes will mash as they are being stirred)
