Instant Pot Green Beans and Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes peeled and cubed
- 29 oz canned green beans undrained (2 – 14.5 oz cans)
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 3 cups chicken broth
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place your cubed potatoes in the bottom of a 6-quart Instant Pot
- Pour your green beans over top
- Sprinkle on your salt, pepper and minced garlic
- Pour your broth over everything
- Seal and cook on manual for 8-10 minutes (depending on how big your potato pieces are and how soft you want your potatoes)
- Quick release and serve

My whole family loves this dish. I used fresh beans and they were soft enough for my husband who was raised on his mothers method of cooking (just cook the S#!t out of everything)
