  • Place your cubed potatoes in the bottom of a 6-quart Instant Pot
  • Pour your green beans over top
  • Sprinkle on your salt, pepper and minced garlic
  • Pour your broth over everything
  • Seal and cook on manual for 8-10 minutes (depending on how big your potato pieces are and how soft you want your potatoes)
  • Quick release and serve

    My whole family loves this dish. I used fresh beans and they were soft enough for my husband who was raised on his mothers method of cooking (just cook the S#!t out of everything)
