How to Make Quick Creamy Gnocchi in a Crock Pot

Aunt Lou here.

This Quick Crock Pot Creamy Gnocchi gives you a great side dish that is packed full of flavor even though there are only four ingredients. This is a great recipe for beginners because it is super easy. It is also a great recipe to serve to guests because it is delicious and packed full of flavor!

When you make something in the crock pot, it is generally a good idea to leave the lid on and not take it off. However, with this recipe, you will need to stir it two to three times so you can make sure the gnocchi all get done. The stirring (with a stirring spatula so you can make sure you scrape the sides and bottom as you go) also helps to make sure you don’t get any burnt cream cheese on the bottom of your insert where there is the most heat. That way you end up with a wonderfully creamy dish that everyone will love!
