How to Make Creamy Pierogi Casserole in a Crock Pot

Aunt Lou here.

Years ago, I tried out a recipe for an Easy Pierogi Casserole from one of my favorite cookbooks and posted it on here for you guys to try. Recently, we were asked about a casserole using frozen pierogies. I decided to give it a try, and now you have this Creamy Crock Pot Pierogi Casserole! I love the way all the flavors come together as well as the textures from the pierogies and the cream cheese mixture. It is just so delicious!

This recipe is an awesome one to throw together really quickly. It only has 5 ingredients and is really easy to put together. Even with my slow at prep work ways, I had this wonderful casserole put together in well under 10 minutes. I just love recipes like that!
