How to Make Ravioli Meatball Casserole in an Oven
Aunt Lou here.
Well, this Ravioli Meatball Casserole (which is an oven version of Cris’ Crock Pot Ravioli Meatball Casserole) went over extremely well with my family!
The prep of this meal is so incredibly easy! I love it when a recipe is this easy to throw together. It means that even people like me who are slow at recipe prep can get it done in a cinch. Then I can put this in the oven (or crock pot for our other recipes…because you know I love to cRock!) and go do something else while the oven does the work for me!
This is another recipe that would be absolutely fantastic to take to a potluck (or pitch-in as us Southern Hoosiers call it). You can throw it together, put it in the oven and get ready while it is baking! Easy peasy! And I am guessing that you will come home with a cleaned out dish and be asked for the recipe time and time again. It is that good. My family went nuts over this recipe, and it is so easy, that I see it being in our regular rotation. I am betting that it will be the same for you! Yum!

Why pizza sauce instead of spaghetti sauce ?
Hi Rochelle!
This is an oven adaptation of Cris’ crock pot recipe. I knew it was good the way she made it in the crock pot, so I used the same ingredients. I hope you enjoy this as much as we do!
Aunt Lou
I make the crock pot version of this. I use cooked ground beef and 2 jars of sauce and make homemade breadsticks. We love it! It’s so simple and delicious! Perfect to cook on Sunday while we’re at church and be ready to eat when we get home.
