How to Make Bubble Up Taco Bake in a Crock Pot
Aunt Lou here.
My dear readers, this Bubble-Up Crock Pot Taco Bake was an instant favorite in my house! We love the way the large biscuits bake up to give this a fluffy crust on bottom with all the delicious taco fixins on top!
Once we started eating this, all kinds of ideas of what we could eat with this started popping up! I actually had to retake pictures so you could see some of the optional toppings! Michael loaded his up with diced tomatoes, diced onion and sour cream. Unfortunately, we were out of cilantro and lettuce, but definitely think those would be great additions! As the resident picky eater in our house, I had it without any extras, and it was delicious that way too! However you want to try it, I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
