Meal Planning on a Budget
Aunt Lou here.
All of our dishes for Budget Meal Plan: Week 19 are going to have one thing in common (besides being delicious ๐ ), they are all going to have a food from the freezer section in it. Foods from the freezer section are generally cheaper than their fresh counterparts in the grocery store. I love saving money, and buying frozen foods is one of the ways that I can still have delicious food while keeping more money in my bank account!
We actually have quite a few recipes in our recipe library that use frozen foods. The ones I have put in this week’s menu are some of my favorites. The flavors are just incredible, and most of them don’t take long to throw together. For me, my time is just as valuable as my money. So the less time I spend prepping a recipe, the more time I can spend taking care of and enjoying myself and my loved ones. With these delicious recipes, I can do just that and still feel like I am showing my love to everyone I feed. I truly hope that you and anyone who sits at your table loves the recipes in this week’s menu as much as me and my loved ones do!
