I loved the flavors of this recipe when I made it in my crock pot. It is super simple. Which makes it perfect for when you need a treat on a weeknight or a quick recipe to take to a potluck. It is always nice to bring a recipe to a get-together that everyone loves. This one is sure to please!

Instant Pot Cinnamon Roll Mixed Berry Cobbler
Ingredients
- 16 oz pkg frozen mixed berries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup corn starch
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 12 oz tube of refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing
- 2 cups water
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together your water and corn starch
- Add in your sugar and mix well
- Pour your berries in and gently stir until your berries are coated evenly
- Put your berry mixture in a round baking dish that will fit in your 6-quart Instant Pot
- Place your cinnamon rolls in a single layer on top
- Put a paper towel over your dish and cover with a piece of aluminum foil
- Place your trivet in the bottom of your Instant Pot and pour 2 cups of water before placing your baking dish on the trivet
- Seal and cook on high for 20 minutes, turning Keep Warm off
- Natural release for 10 minutes before quick release
- Serve with icing drizzled on top
