How to Make Saucy Chicken and Potatoes in a Crock Pot
Aunt Lou here.
We have loved our Saucy Crock Pot Potatoes for years now. These yummy potatoes have a delicious flavor that is sure to please everyone at your table from the youngest to the oldest. So, it only makes sense that when I was thinking up new recipes to make, I would take this tried and true recipe and add in some chicken to take it from a wonderful side dish to an incredible main dish!
Many comfort food recipes involve cheese, because…well…cheese. Believe me, I love cheese as much as, if not more than, the next person. However, sometimes you want something comforting, but not cheesy. This recipe is just the ticket! We love the way the flavors meld together and cook into the chicken and potatoes. I love the savory sauce that you have at the end of your crocking! It is sure to earn a spot on your go-to comfort food list!

Can another kind of soup be used besides Celery?
I haven’t tried this with a different kind of soup, but think cream of chicken could work. If you give it a try, let me know how it goes!
