How to Make Simple Chicken in an Oven
Aunt Lou here.
We love the flavor and tenderness of our Simple Crock Pot Chicken, so why not make it into an oven recipe! Now you can choose which way will suit your day the best.
While the original recipe in the crock pot uses boneless, skinless chicken breasts, this recipe uses chicken tenders. When you live in a rural area, you don’t always have everything available to you. Such was the case this time. The store had chicken tenders, but no chicken breasts. If you can only find boneless, skinless chicken breasts, you can cut them into chicken tender size pieces and use the same cooking time as I did.
This is a great recipe if you are just starting out with cooking. It is easy to prepare and can be cooked to perfection with the help of a meat thermometer. It is also great for someone who has been cooking for years. We all need an easy recipe in our back pocket to pull out when you have need of one!
