How to Make Easy Peppered Beef Tips in an Electric Pressure Cooker

Aunt Lou here.

One thing I LOVE about the Instant Pot is that frozen egg noodles cook up perfectly in it! So, I have been able to take some of our slow cooker recipes that have you preparing your noodles separately, like the Easy Crock Pot Peppered Beef Tips, and makes it so you can make everything together! This is great for a couple of reasons. Not only do you not have to worry about cooking the noodles separately, but you also get the benefit of the noodles cooking in the yummy juices of the recipe. In my opinion, that just takes the flavor of the whole dish up a notch! You are gonna love it!

Easy Instant Pot Peppered Beef Tips Notes:

  • I didn’t put a measurement for the pepper in this recipe, because it is really up to you. I did a heavy sprinkling on top of the soups before I mixed everything in and wasn’t sure if it would be a “peppered” flavored recipe. We were pleasantly surprised that it had a great peppered taste! If you like a little more kick, then add in more pepper. Are you a little more timid when it comes to spiciness? Sprinkle a little less!
