Sounds so delicious. How would I convert the recipe to make in my crock pot? I do have a sauté button.

Can you use regular dried pasta or does it have to be frozen/fresh?
Hi Katie!
I haven’t ever tried this recipe with dried pasta. It might change the cooking time. If you give it a try, let me know how it turns out!
Aunt Lou
Is there a reason you browned your beef in a skillet instead of in the cooker using the sauté function? Maybe it would be too greasy? Just checking before I make this. Don’t want to dirty the extra pan but don’t want to mess it up either. Thanks!
Hi Angela!
My skillet is larger than the inside of my Instant Pot, so I could brown more meat at once. I haven’t tried browning the meat in my Instant Pot. However, if you would like to saute the meat in your Instant Pot, then you will want to drain off any extra oil left after you saute the meat. I hope you enjoy it!
