We love buffalo chicken wings around here, and were delighted with the flavor of the Crock Pot Buffalo Chicken Soup I made a while back. But what about when you need a quick meal? Well, that’s where this delicious recipe comes to the rescue! It is the same amazing flavor of the crock pot version at a fraction of the cooking time!

Ingredients

  • 6 cup milk
  • 31.5 oz cans of cream of chicken soup (3-10.5 oz cans)
  • 3 cup boneless, skinless chicken
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ΒΌ cup hot pepper sauce (use 1/2 cup if you want it spicier)
  • Garnish: Shredded Colby Jack cheese or shredded Monterey Jack, chopped green onions and/or hot pepper sauce

Instructions

  • Mix together all of your ingredients except for you toppings in your 6-quart instant pot
  • Seal and cook on manual high for 7 minutes, natural release for 15 minutes
  • Remove chicken from soup and shred with two forks, return shredded chicken to soup and stir until well combined
  • Serve it up with some shredded cheese, chopped green onions and a splash of hot pepper sauce

    I like to try it. But just to be sure. You meant for 7 hours and not 7 minutes. Right?

      You add the chicken to the Instant Pot raw and will shred it after it has cooked.
