We love buffalo chicken wings around here, and were delighted with the flavor of the Crock Pot Buffalo Chicken Soup I made a while back. But what about when you need a quick meal? Well, that’s where this delicious recipe comes to the rescue! It is the same amazing flavor of the crock pot version at a fraction of the cooking time!

Instant Pot Buffalo Chicken Soup Recipe
Instant Pot Buffalo Chicken Soup
Ingredients
- 6 cup milk
- 31.5 oz cans of cream of chicken soup (3-10.5 oz cans)
- 3 cup boneless, skinless chicken
- 1 cup sour cream
- ¼ cup hot pepper sauce (use 1/2 cup if you want it spicier)
- Garnish: Shredded Colby Jack cheese or shredded Monterey Jack, chopped green onions and/or hot pepper sauce
Instructions
- Mix together all of your ingredients except for you toppings in your 6-quart instant pot
- Seal and cook on manual high for 7 minutes, natural release for 15 minutes
- Remove chicken from soup and shred with two forks, return shredded chicken to soup and stir until well combined
- Serve it up with some shredded cheese, chopped green onions and a splash of hot pepper sauce

You add the chicken to the Instant Pot raw and will shred it after it has cooked.
