Aunt Lou here.

Before our major cRockin’ days, Cris, Mom and I would be in a tizzy come holiday meal time…Whoย is using the stove? Whoย is using the oven? When I can throw the corn casserole in? What temp is the oven set on?…It was pure madnessย andย stressful.

Then Cris had the brilliant idea to start up this here site and our holiday cookin’ stress went down a ton! Why’s that, you ask? Because we could cut down majorly on the recipes we made on the stove or in the oven while cRockin’ the holidays!ย (Psst….we not only crock up some sides, we also crock up this yummy Crock Pot Brown Sugar Holiday Ham, Crock Pot Turkey Legsย and/or Crock Pot Turkey Breast.)

So without further ado, let’s figure out how to cRock the pot this Thanksgiving and make your holidays just a bit brighter!

Must Have Crock Pot Thanksgiving Side Dishes

These Crock Pot No Boil Mashed Potatoesย are super creamy and the easiest mashed potatoes I’ve ever made. And we aren’t about to have a family holiday without Cris’ Crock Pot Corn Casseroleย or my Crock Pot Sweet Potato Casserole. Oh! I don’t want to forget the Slow Cookerย Stuffing. It has become our go-to recipe for stuffing!

If your family loves mac ‘n cheese as much ours does, this Old Fashioned Crock Pot Mac ‘n Cheese or Crock Pot Smoked Sausage Mac ‘n Cheeseย would be a wonderful addition to your Thanksgiving feast.

This Broccoli Cauliflower Casseroleย is a great way to have everyone enjoying their veggies!

A long-time family favorite around here that would be a perfect addition to your holiday table are theseย Crock Pot Cowboy BBQ Beans.

And as a special bonus, I wanted to include two of our favorite desserts as well. What’s Thanksgiving without dessert, right?! This Crock Pot Crustless Pumpkin Pie with Pie Crust Cookies and these Crock Pot Apple Dumplingsย are tried and trued recipes our families use all the time!

What are the must-have dishes at your holiday feasts?
