You know, it seems like every season has a reason to be busy. Winter has all kinds of parties and holidays and shopping. Spring has everyone running around outside trying to clean up from the winter and plant to make things pretty again. When Summer rolls around, you just want to jam in as much fun as you can while the weather lasts. Then Back-to-School season is in full swing come Fall. So it seems like busy days come no matter what time of year it is, and for some reason, the people who depend on you still want to be fed every single day regardless of how busy, hectic or chaotic your schedule has become.     I am looking for 1.5 ltr reciepes as I on my own and do not have or need larger amounts to cook can You please Help me. Nancie Jones.

      Hi Nancie!

      You can maybe cut some of the recipes to 1/4, but we haven’t tried it. You also might consider looking into getting a cookbook that cooks smaller amounts– but even then you may have to cut recipes in half. (referral link) http://amzn.to/2nrMmLb

      Check out 101 cooking for two. Since my husband passed, i’m in the same boat as you with too much food to freeze! That site has proven good for me. Hope you can find it useful, too!
