Aunt Lou here.
As Cris and I have told you before, we grew up in a meat and potatoes family. We also grew up on a farm that raised cattle. So we had some great beef roasts growing up. We both have so many great memories that involve sitting down to a family dinner, sometimes with friends over as well, and digging in together on this delicious roast. So, in honor of our childhood beef farm and all the hard working farmers out there, I give you this week’s Friday Favorites: Beef Roast Recipes! (Is your mouth watering yet? Or maybe your mind has drifted off to some childhood memories or dinner at your mom or grandma’s table. Whatever may be the case, I hope you enjoy these recipes as much as we did trying them out for you and do as we make them time and again!)
