  • Place your country ribs in a 6-quart Electric Pressure Cooker
  • Sprinkle ranch dip mix on top of your country ribs.
  • Sprinkle gravy mix on top of your country ribs.
  • Nestle 1/2 stick of butter centered on top of the country ribs.
  • Place pepperoncinis around the country ribs.
  • Gently drizzle your broth and pepperoncini juice all over.
  • Seal and set on manual high for 10 minutes.
  • Natural release for 15 minutes, then quick release and serve.

    I have made Mississippi Pot Roast several times> Needless to say, it’s always a hit. I had some pork ribs and wanted something other than BBQ. Was delighted to find this recipe. Yum yum! Easy and delicious. Thanks for updating a favorite of mine.
